Nissen Isakov


Nissen Isakov graduated from the University of Pretoria in 1973 with an Engineer’s Degree before co-founding Johannesburg-based Supprescraft (PTY) Ltd, a leading provider of electronic filters and other components, and acting as the company’s Managing Director.

He then emigrated to the United States and created LCR Electronics, Inc. in 1985, which prior to its acquisition by Astrodyne TDI specialized in the design and manufacture of EMI filters and suppression components, electronic and motor control boards as well as a variety of EMC testing, engineering and contract manufacturing services for multiple defense, commercial, and industrial markets.

After serving as CEO for LCR Electronics for 28 years, he spun off the company’s growing chassis, backplanes, and embedded systems division as LCR Embedded Systems in 2013, where he currently serves as President.

Shmuel Yankelewitz

Chief Operating Officer

Shmuel Yankelewitz obtained his MS degree in Electrical Engineering and MBA from Drexel University before joining Litton Special Devices in 1991. In 1994, he joined LCR Electronics Inc. and has remained with LCR Embedded Systems as Chief Operating Officer and Partner/Owner. A member of IEEE, he offers extensive experience in strategic planning, organizational structure, operations and material management, manufacturing, engineering, and production, always with an eye toward practical and effective problem solutions.

Sheila Golden


In 1987, Sheila Golden graduated from Chestnut Hill College with a BS degree in Business Administration and entered the workforce as a Staff Accountant for a small private accounting firm. She then received her CPA in 1991. In 1991, she came on board LCR Electronics as Controller and is currently the Controller for LCR Embedded Systems.

John Long

Vice President, Integrated Systems

After obtaining his Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from Iowa State University and MBA from Carnegie Mellon University, John Long entered the workforce with Dialogic and Intel before becoming a Product Line Manager with Radisys Corporation in 2008. In 2013, he came on board at LCR Embedded Systems as Vice President of Integrated Systems.
